I completed my Bachelor of Science (Honours) with a major in Kinesiology in 2023, followed by my Master of Physical Therapy at Western University in 2025. I have a strong clinical interest in the assessment and rehabilitation of all musculoskeletal issues.
My treatment approach combines exercise, manual therapy, and patient education, with a focus on helping each individual understand their injury and feel confident in their recovery.
Outside of the clinic, I enjoy Pilates, yoga, and weight training, as well as reading and spending time outdoors.
